This show asked the question "What would happen if all the voices were taken away from Reggae music." I used a computer to do all the announcements and kept my voice off the air. This show was motivated by the cancellation of a Buju Banton concert in Eureka. In my opinion, the protest again Banton was done in haste and led by a few misinformed people. Even the ACLU has denounced the call for censorship of Buju Banton.

However, I also wanted to shine some light on the producers that make the rhythms or "riddims" that are the basis of modern dancehall and culture reggae. It is my intent to edit this post over time as I gather more information about the producers and labels behind each of these tunes. So check back soon!
